The research station on Marion Island is usually manned by the following personnel:            1 Senior meteorologist            2 Meteorologist assistants            1 Medical orderly            1 Radio technician            1 Diesel mechanic            Various biologists/field assistants The 63rd SANAP over-wintering expedition arrived on Marion Island in April 2006. They will stay there until May 2007, when they will be replaced with the M64 team and return to South Africa after being on the island for about thirteen months. Teams of years gone past
